– Well, it has been a long time coming, but Starter Edition is finally here and I can not be more excited about the hope and desire to start to rebuild the Delphi and C++Builder communities. The price point is right, $149.00 U.S. to upgrade from almost anything is perfect. The starter edition is a great set of functionality ready for hobbyist, emerging markets, startups, and non-commercial developers.
