From Kuwait: The Dinar and Its Millicent Fils

Marco's Tech Blog – Another particular thing I've learned in this trip in Kuwait is how strange is a currency with "millicents". I've used a low-values currency (the Italian Lira), I've been in many places around the world, but this is the first time I use a currency with no cents, but divided in thousands, or Mills ... actually called Fils.
