Tester’s Diary: Reluctant Leadership, Part 2

This is a strange feeling for me, because I used to love attending meetings. They felt like a break from a busy day. All-hands meetings felt like a time to sit quietly, listen and contemplate instead of busily working through test charters. They were an opportunity to “turn off” for a while and just be still.
