Well… This preview release of IDE Fix Pack concentrates on the IDE performance and stability. It prevents the IDE from (some) dead locks. The HelpInsight parser can do its work in the background instead of the main thread where it blocked the IDE, so Delphi 2007, 2009 and 2010 have the same “Parsing…” hint that was introduced with XE.
