MonoTouch and the new iPhone license

The PodCast at Delphi.org – Apple announced their new iPhone SDK and license agreement today. Part of the change in the license agreement to use the SDK and publish apps to the app store includes Changing Section 3.3.1 from: 3.3.1 — Applications may only use Documented APIs in the manner prescribed by Apple and must not use or call any private APIs.
