RAD Studio and the Vista icon resource

Andy's Blog – If you write an application than should run under Vista you should use an icon resource that has the set of icons that Vista requires. That means you must also have the 256×256 x 32bit Alpha Channel icon. But by loading such an icon file into the project resource the icon resource becomes broken and Vista uses a smaller version for the extra large symbols view. This bug is now fixed with the current IDE Fix Pack 2.8dev2 development snapshot that is available for RS 2007, 2009 and 2010.
