The Wiert Corner – Not all updates are equal, so if you use Delphi or RAD Studio 10.2.2, ensure you have the latest one installed (build 2004) as it fixes some binary DCU incompatibility bugs in the old one (build 1978). R.I.P. Paweł Głowacki – you will be dearly missed, not just in the Delphi community

The Wiert Corner – Last week, Paweł Głowacki passed away. A few words, probably incoherent, as I’m still flabbergasted by the news. Originally from Poland he had moved to The Netherlands in 2001 (causing his son Mateusz to be far more fluent in Dutch than his dad) while starting to work for Borland, doing the ...

Moving DNS, Some Hiccups Expected

Marco's Tech Blog – Not much to add. I'm (finally) changing my registrar and DNS provider. Hope everything goes smootly, but it might be that the site and blog are not working in the few coming days. The physical server is not moving, so there should be no big trouble.

From the JSON system unit (originally part of the DBX space) to the old DataSnap table mapping (also via DBX) and to FireDAC tables to JSON mapping, there are many ways to interact with JSON data structures. However, ...

Debugging Delphi Apps on Android 8.1 Works
